Most importantly, it is easy to reach us - the school, located close to central London and is well served by public transport. All our performance, practice and teaching rooms are air conditioned, sound-proofed where required and equipped to professional industry standards. The ICMP also has an in-house Alexander Technique teacher, who provides help with specific problems such as RSI, tendonitis or tennis elbow. The Alexander Technique is also ideal in helping to prevent problems from occuring in the first place and will improve posture, which in turn improves your practice and performance. |
